Discussion

1.  Club application

  •  renewal to be submitted to Student Life Office & PCC Student Government.  4/5 signatures obtained.  Tineke Van Zandt will acquire the 5th.

2.  Primary Mission

  • Goals

    • Ideas include but are not limited to the following:   

      • Movie Night

      • Spring Symposium Participation - Social Sciences Presentation

      • Museum visits

      • Archaeological site visits

  • Fundraising

    • Ideas include but are not limited to the following:

      • Bake sale

      • Apparel sale - Archaeology Centre/Club T-shirts, hats, etc.

      • Bumper Sticker, magnets

  • Other

    • Secret Santa

    • Archaeology Awareness Month - March 2010

  •  Future club activities were discussed.

  • Thursday, December 10, 2009 @ 4:00 p.m.

AC meetings will be conducted at least once a month.  If members would like to schedule a meeting before the dates established, members may submit a call for a meeting at least one week in advance (via email) of the suggested meeting date.
