Welcome to the Pima Saxophone Studio!

The saxophone program at Pima College is designed to provide students with the foundation to express and appreciate music on a deeper level both as a performer and listener.  This is achieved through providing an effective pedagogy with a broad musical and intellectual foundation, in a positive learning environment. 

Students study at Pima for two primary reasons.

1. As Non-Majors to further their exploration and appreciation for the instrument and the art of music in general.

2. As Majors to prepare themselves for serious study in a major university setting with the intention of making music a career.
