lizard-tailDESCRIPTION: Annual or Biennial to 6'. Flowers pink to 3/8" long growing along a nodding, terminal spike to 18" long (thus the name). Leaves simple, slightly toothed, lance-shaped, to 8" long. Stems hairy. Onagraceae (Evening Primrose) Family.
NATURAL HISTORY: Flowers bloom spring through fall.
