Shrub to 15'. Flowers violet to 1" wide and in clusters. Leaves simple
with toothed margin, oval, to 2.5" long, and covered with wooly hairs.
Labiatae (Mint) Family.NATURAL HISTORY: Flowers may bloom any time during the year. Rub the leaves in your fingers to smell their wonderful fragrance. Some people use the leaves to flavor their tea. |
