In this section, we track the changes occuring at a single site through a year. At the beginning and middle of each month, beginning January 1, 2001, a picture will be taken from the same location. The site is located in the Tucson Mountains west of Tucson, AZ, between the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park, West District. A saguaro, foothills paloverde, and ocotillo are prominent within the picture, as well as other plants. But before proceeding, check out this dramatic change in King's Canyon, Tucson Mountains. |
