The Pima Community College Dental Hygiene Clinic provides the following services:
- Oral Cancer Screening
- Oral hygiene Instructions
- Full Mouth or Bitewing Radiographs
- Dental Prophylaxis (teeth cleaning)
- Periodontal Disease Management
- Topical Fluoride Applications
- Pit and Fissure Sealants Panoramic X-Rays
These services are provided by dental hygiene students as a requirement for their education under the supervision of a dental hygienist and dentist instructor. Students work more slowly than a licensed dental hygienist, and patients will need to plan on multiple appointments with the length of an appointment being around 3 hours.
The Pima Community College Dental Hygiene Clinic is open to the general public. Patient selection is based on student requirements and patient classification. A short screening/registration appointment may be required of the patient prior to beginning any treatment.
Dental Hygiene Clinic Fees
The fee for patients is $35.00, payable at the first appointment. The college accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Dental insurance is not accepted.

Appointments are set-up by calling 206-6090. Clinic hours will vary each semester and according to student schedules.

- Sun Tran buses are scheduled for the West Campus. Call 792-9222 for your personal trip plan to Pima Community College West Campus.
