DESCRIPTION:
Perennial to 3'. Flowers to 1.5" wide, violet, with 5 petal lobes
like a star. Anthers are bright yellow. Leaves simple, wavy-edged, oblong
to lance-shaped, and silvery in color. Solanaceae (Nightshade or Potato)
Family. NATURAL HISTORY: Flowers bloom spring through fall. Poisonous and classified as a noxious weed in Arizona. |
